Disassembly
We carefully disassemble the equipment, breaking down complex machines into individual components, giving us full access to all mechanical and electrical parts throughout the entire machine.
Cleaning
We thoroughly clean all components, removing any rust, grime, or debris. Very specific chemicals and methods are used to restore the cosmetic condition back to new.
Inspection
Our in-house engineers perform a thorough inspection and audit of the equipment. Based on our proprietary checklists, each component is meticulously reviewed to determine what parts require replacing.
Upgrades & Replacements
Based on the individualized component audit, worn and damaged parts are removed and high-quality replacements are installed to ensure optimal performance.
Reassembly & Painting
Our engineers reassemble the equipment with care, fully following the OEM's original factory requirements. The machine is then fully painted, resembling a brand-new machine.
Testing
We rigorously test your equipment electronically and mechanically to ensure it meets our strict standards of quality and performance before it leaves our facility.
