HXCP CP Round Pile Buckle / Knife Paper Folder

The CP highspeed round pile combination folding machine is designed to accommodate medium to long run lengths due to its non-stop operation allowing for up to a 15% increase in output. The machine’s extreme versatility allows for easy folding of thin papers, pre-folded, pre-perforated, or creased signatures.

The sheetfed folder can be supplied as a combination folder with 6 or 4 plates in the 1^st unit and a choice of either two or three combination knife units to provide a 16 or 32 page folder.

If a combination machine is not preferred, then the round pile folder can be offered as an all buckle folding machine consisting of 6, 4, or 2 buckle plates in each unit.

Crimping knife, slitting knife, or creasing knives can be utilized. There are 3 variants available for various sheet size requirements along with further customization options to fit your exact production needs.
