HXCP CP Pallet Fed Buckle / Knife Paper Folder

The CP high speed pallet commercial sheetfed paper folding machine is designed to accommodate medium to long run lengths as well as large formats. The sheets on the pallet to be folded are run into the feeder by a pallet truck directly from the printing press with no manual intervention and only short interruptions for reloading pallets. The high-capacity feeder helps eliminate the physical strain for the operators especially as signature sizes increase. The folder can be equipped with various delivery options to provide for a one-person folding operation.

With multiple options available, the Pallet Fed Folder can be provided in numerous configurations:

·       Combination with 6 or 4 plate 1^st unit and choice of two or three combination knife units for a 32 page folder.

·       All Buckle units with 6, 4, or 2 buckle plates per unit

·       Variety of delivery options to suit your production needs
