Zechini Vesper Xenia Gluing Machine and Casemaker

Vesper + Xenia represents the ideal solution for the production of luxury boxes and also of foldable covers. Thanks to its wide available size, it is possible to produce big boxes 15.7 x 15.7 x 6" (40 x 40 x 15 cm) and foldable 5-pieces covers with magnets.

The solution is composed of:

Vesper – gluing machine functioning with hot or cold glue with a working area of 31.5" (80 cm) and equipped with:

• A vacuum table with pedal control.

• Box positioning guide.

• Multiple-piece cover positioning guide (optional).

Xenia – roller press with special material rolls (optional).

Anya – turning-in unit for foldable covers (optional).

Vesper + Xenia has been specifically studied for short and medium-run productions.
