WPT pile turners are designed for printers and converters who want to eliminate manual pile preparation. Each system turns the full load, blows air between the sheets, and jogs them back into perfect alignment, removing paper dust and static along the way.
The result is a flat, clean, and evenly aerated pile that feeds smoothly, reduces double sheets and press stops, and protects your operators from repetitive manual handling.

How It Works
One Cycle From Pallet to Press Ready
Every WPT system follows the same proven sequence, giving your team consistent results on every load regardless of stock type.
Clamp and Turn
The full load is gently clamped and rotated up to 180 degrees without disturbing sheet edges.
Aerate
Controlled air flow separates the sheets to release trapped static and loosen any stuck stock.
Jog and Align
High-frequency vibration settles every sheet back into a square, perfectly aligned pile.
Return and Deliver
The prepared pile is returned to a fresh pallet, clean and ready for the feeder or finishing line.
