Lead Edge Feeder

• Dynamic torque servo motor-driven differential speed belt lead edge feeder with extended feeding table and side alignment
• Top quality feeding belt for handling of warped corrugated board
• Pneumatic side push jogger (left and right side)

Front Lay & Alignment Guide

• Sheet arrives at front lay with servo motor controlled slow down action for precise registration
• Side alignment system to ensure the accuracy of side register

Die Cutting Section

• 7 piece gripper bar with 24 spikes per piece
• Safety door and die chase safety locking system to ensure safe operation
• Complete lost sheet control throughout the entire machine
• Centerline system compatible to Centerline II for quick change over and short setup time
• Air cushion underneath die cutting plate for easy cutting plate floating in and out

Stripping Section

• Centerline system with quick lock pins on upper frame
• Centerline system compatible to Centerline II for quick stripping die setup
• Motorized upper frame suspending hoister up to 500mm
• Lead edge removal system to remove gripper margin completely

Delivery Section

• Escalator delivery with non-stop air cylinder to protect the sheets from scratches
• Non-stop batch counter bundle delivery to ensure continuous productivity and operation efficiency.
