A model AGSDS118NW Servo Driven Rotary Sheeter. This model is designed as a modular unit to be used in line with presses and offline finishing systems. The Sheeter is capable of cutting single thickness or multiple thickness webs and maintain an accurate cutting registration. The Sheeter is outfitted with an electronics line shaft drive system with two (2) axes of motion, the draw axis and the knife axis. It Also has an automatic registration control feature where the cut to point is synchronized to a registration point in the web. It also has a manual adjustment. The sheeter will be equipped with Tidland shear type slitter to create the four streams and side tri. Tubes and brackets will be proc=vided for in house vacuum removal. AGE Servo driven variable cut sheeter. Manufacturer in 2006, includes a Rexroth servo drive, cut off is programmed on a console and changes within seconds. Servo cut guarantees almost perfect accuracy. Dimensions are 72” wide, 65” long. We recommend a add on conveyer after the delivery table, which allows feeding into a stacker, jogger, or shrink wrap finishing system. Conveyor should be between 3 and 4-ft long. The equipment is in next to new condition, has seen very little time and located in our warehouse in Cumming, GA and available for immediate pick up. Max cut 39”, minimum cut 5.5 “ and web width 19.25”.
